Install package from newer release

I need to install https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packag... 8.1.2 on Fedora 24. The problem is that 8.1.2 is only available for 25. Is there a way to install 25th package in 24th Fedora?

yes, rebuild the src.rpm

rpmbuild --rebuild foo.src.rpm
