Hey guys and girls, when waking my laptop after sleep, it sometimes no longer recognizes my speakers. This doesn't happen all the time.

When I open PulseAudio VC, it says it's playing via headphones (which are actually not plugged in) and that speakers are unavailable. Plugging in earphones changes nothing.

A restart usually fixes it, but today it isn't. Now PAVC recognizes my speakers, but no sound is output. Again, earphones and useless (the earphones work on my phone).

For some reason, the loopback feature was enabled in alsamixer. Disabling it fixed the issue.
