You must enable rpmfusion repos to install all that:

RPM Fusion (Free & Non-Free):

su -c 'yum localinstall --nogpgcheck http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-stable.noarch.rpm http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/rpmfusion-nonfree-release-stable.noarch.rpm'
  • Códecs:

GNOME:

su -c 'yum install gstreamer-plugins-bad gstreamer-plugins-bad-free-extras gstreamer-plugins-bad-nonfree gstreamer-plugins-ugly gstreamer-ffmpeg'

KDE:

su -c 'yum install xine-lib-extras xine-lib-extras-freeworld k3b-extras-freeworld'

This guide gives a great run down on how to install useful things like fonts and codecs that are not included in Fedora by default because of their licensing (and more).

http://www.mjmwired.net/resources/mjm-fedora-f16.html

Read your way through it and you can skip sections that are not relevant to you e.g. you may not care about setting up a samba server to share with Windows PCs.
