not possible, but you could change .deb to .rpm using Alien

How to install Alien?

su -c 'yum -y localinstall http://sourceforge.net/projects/postinstaller/files/data/alien-8.85-2.noarch.rpm'

How to use?

alien -r -c yourprogram.deb

Some programs may work if you extract the .deb, install dependencies and copy the directories to the destination.

NOTE: Do not try to convert mobilemediaconverter.deb to rpm. It causes damage to the system.

.RPM is only package format sponsored by LSB (Linux Standard Base). .DEB is package format based on egos and marketing by Cannonical and Debian project.

Is not fair you have use alien to "can" use .DEB. Anyway, Alien was discontinued long ago on Fedora, Why? I guess remove or down stability or up security lacks.
