I had win 8.1 and i installed fedora 25 removing windows. now i am unable to mount data drives (ntf drives {which were used to be D: and E:})

when i click on the volume it shows the error :

Unable to access location

Error mounting /dev/sda3 at /run/media/username/EC56F87456F840BE:
Command-line `mount -t "ntfs" -o
"uhelper=udisks2,nodev,nosuid,uid=1000,gid=1000" "/dev/sda3" "/run/
media/username/EC56F87456F840BE"' exited with non-zero exit status
14: The disk contains an unclean file system (0, 0).
 Metadata kept in Windows cache, refused to mount.
 Failed to mount '/dev/sda3': Operation not permitted
 The NTFS partition is in an unsafe state. Please resume and

shutdown Windows fully (no hibernation or fast restarting), or mount the volume read-only with the 'ro' mount option.

i tried: mount -o ro /dev/sd3 /mnt/ but it said: mount: only root can use "--options" option

I also tried: ntfsfix /dev/sda3 it said:

Mounting volume... Error opening '/dev/sda3': Permission denied
Attempting to correct errors... Error opening '/dev/sda3': Permission denied
Failed to startup volume: Permission denied
Error opening '/dev/sda3': Permission denied
Volume is corrupt. You should run chkdsk.

i did not try chkdsk or anything else. Please help...
