Adding a second ssh-key to fedora account

I am setting up a new laptop and one of the first thing was that I generated new strong RSA key. I am used to github and other services that allow you to specify list of the keys and now I got surprised that adding a new key here removed the old one.

Are you really advising to share the private key between the computers? I thought this is very bad practice (it is) and now I am seeing it as the only option if I want to push occasionally from two computers to dist-git. Or is there any way to work around it? Will uploading file with two public keys work? Where is the best place to fill a bug report/feature request?
