Kernel upgrader tool

Hello guys,

Is there a GUI tool I can use to upgrade or compile kernels in Fedora or choose the default kernel to boot with in grub? I have been having issues using new kernels even when I set so, but upon reboot the OS will go back to the old version of kernel . Am running on fedora 26 kernel version :4.5.x.x I want to use the one 4.12 or 13. ... Is there an easy way to choose ? Is there a tool like UkUU utility for Ubuntu in Fedora? Thank you.
