2015-10-14 12:00:49 -0500 commented question not found

Add /usr/libexec/gcc/x86_64-redhat-linux/5.1.1/ to /etc/ and run ldconfig

2015-10-13 11:03:34 -0500 answered a question yum,dnf and python all messed up

You need to download and install those python rpm's that you removed.

Browse through the repositories and download to a folder on your computer the rpm's.

Then install them by using rpm -ivh package.rpm

2015-04-24 03:51:46 -0500 answered a question what is the purpose of yum-cron in fedora 21?

yum-cron is an alternate interface to yum that is optimised to be convenient to call from cron. It provides methods to keep repository metadata up to date, and to check for, download, and apply updates. Rather than accepting many different command line arguments, the different functions of yum-cron can be accessed through config files.

So basically it runs yum for you, updating your system automatically.

If you want to learn how to set it up, take a look here (it's for CentOS but it applies to Fedora as well)
