since firefox 35 you can use freshplayerplugin and pepper-flash of chrome :

freshplayerplugin.x86_64 0.2.2-1.20150114gitf2462fd.fc21 @/freshplayerplugin-0.2.2-1.20150114gitf2462fd.fc21.x86_64 with chromium-pepper-flash.x86_64 16.0.0.257-1.fc21 @/chromium-pepper-flash-16.0.0.257-1.fc21.x86_64

last time I checked :

Last time I checked make sure that have mesa-libGLES and also yum-plugin-tmprepo installed

yum install mesa-libGLES yum-plugin-tmprepo

and use postinstaller repos :
