I try to install GStreamer Multimedia Codecs - H.264 on Fedora WS 25, but the install was stuck on 5% in Gnome Software. How do I reset the install?

finally realize that all is about ipv6, disable ipv6 in terminal doing always when you turn on your pc (with root privileges)

root# echo "1" > /proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/all/disable_ipv6

in terminal you could force ipv4 with -4 option, this way

sudo dnf install vim-enhanced -4

in updates

sudo dnf update -4

One option is disable ipv6 always when you turn on your pc. By terminal with root privileges run

root# echo "1" > /proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/all/disable_ipv6

Hey! remember is Fedora you can't install directly proprietary/patented software and specially codecs...

pkcon refresh force

Now read here about how to install x264...ffmpeg, gstreamer1.... exist GUI programs here.
