My computer (fedora 22) is booting into emergency mode and I need to ctrl-D to move on each time. It works for some time, but after working for about 1-2 hr, it again freezes. The mouse pointer works, but it doesn't work. So again when I restart the machine, it goes back to emergency mode. I ran smartctl, and the test results are as follows.

short answer, hardware. Longer answer, fedora or for that matter, any os, does not have as native, any way to alter or manipulate smart readings. Time to backup what you can, and replace it.
