I have nvidia driver installed with dkms, but every time I install a new kernel, I have to re-install the driver. When I update the kernel I get this message (which I suspect is the cause why dkms isnt working) :

your kernel header for kernel 4.9.8-201.fc25.x8664+debug cannot be found at /lib/modules/4.9.8-201.fc25.x8664+debug/build or /lib/modules/4.9.8-201.fc25.x86_64+debug/source

but these are broken link

but in the directory /lib/modules/4.9.8-201.fc25.x86_64/ (without +debug) the source and build are ok.

I tried to remove kernel-debug packege but it is not installed. How can I remove those +debug kernel ?

How can I fix this error ?

this is classic problem ,

I had done on manual not for nvidia but for virtualBox but is the same problem:

Should be fixed with :

   dnf install kernel-devel-$(uname -r)
   dnf remove kernel-debug-devel
