I'm trying to access USB flash drive(pendrive) which is accessing perfect in Windows also in KALI, and the same is not able to access in Fedora 25. It is displaying "Unable to access <usb_flashdrive_name>: Error mounting /dev/sdb1 at /run/media/noah/<usb_flashdrive_name>: commandline 'mount -t "exfat" -o "uhelper=udisks2,nodev,uid=1000,gid=1000"...... mount:unknown filesystem type:'exfat' "
Please help me to access the usb flash drive, I can't format it since it has many important files stored in.

Your problem is the exfat file system, and not the USB flash drive as such.

Answer below copied from the question problem with exfat format

Because of Fedora guidelines concerning patent issues, the Fedora project cannot distribute software dealing with the exfat format.

However, a package called fuse-exfat is available at the RPM Fusion repository (see rpmfusion.org). After installing that package with dnf install fuse-exfat you cat mount the drive with mount -t exfat /device /mountpoint

unknown filesystem type: exfat

As already pointed out (see the other answer), Fedora does not ship the filesystem driver for EXFAT.

Before the "fuse-exfat" package can be installed, you need to add the RPM FUSION repository. Follow the instructions on their website or run as root:

# dnf install https://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-$(rpm -E %fedora).noarch.rpm https://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/rpmfusion-nonfree-release-$(rpm -E %fedora).noarch.rpm

Then you'll be able to find and install the required package:

dnf install fuse-exfat

I fixed the problem by referring here. I have installed 'fuse exfat' by following command and just tried to open the pendrive and it opened without any hesitation.

sudo dnf install fuse-exfat
