'/etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup'

I see virtualbox in the repos. Is there a reason you aren't simply using yum?

I have noticed that currently virtual box does not have the option to allow booting from a USB device. This would be a welcome enhancement as it will increase the capabilities of the box greatly.

Because you maybe use the version Virtual Box Ose, it not work here. Then you need unistall and install the original Virtual Box from oficial site.

Yo can download and install from oficial site: HERE

Or

How to install oficial Virtual Box?

yum -y install kernel-headers dkms gcc

wget -c -P/etc/yum.repos.d/ http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/rpm/fedora/virtualbox.repo

yum -y install --enablerepo=virtualbox VirtualBox-4.1-?.?.*

/etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup

Or you install easily with PostInstallerF

The only third party repo that is known to work flawlessly with Fedora is RPMFUSION. Please do not advise users to use other repositories. They generally break more than they help @davidva.

@davidva: It may work well, most third party repos do, in general. BUT, when they break no one knows how to fix their issues. We know who provide packages in fedora and rpmfusion repos and can therefore get fixes quickly.

Please don't take downvoting personally. I'm downvoting the answer because I think users shouldn't use it. This is how askbot has been designed. If folks start taking downvoting personally, askbot will fail :)
