Hi, all the time I reboot my computer I get offered the "install pending software updates" tick box option. Every time. I tried to run the a dnf update command but all I get is "Dependencies resolved. Nothing to do". Please, suggestions? Many thanks!

If you do a dnf clean all (removing all package metadata and caches), there is no need to do a --refresh on the dnf upgrade command since without metadata, dnf will have to download those and automatically does so.
