Why don't we switch to StackExchange?

There are many pros to creating a Fedora community for StackExchange. One is that it makes it easier for people who are looking for help with Fedora to find the proper place to ask question. Another is that we get our own community for Meta posts. It also has a better interface and makes it easier to see karma change and responses to questions.
