Is there a way to see past network logins?

Im pretty sure someone at my school used my laptop to mess with my project, the only way they could have logged in on the cloud was using their own loggin , so im wondering if there is a way to find the identification they used in network settings after they let the network be forgotten, im sure this happend since my laptop forgot the school network all of a sudden.

Your question is very unclear without useful details. What do you mean by the cloud? The network settings doesn't contain any information about what is done using that connection. Assuming you left your laptop unlocked, there is unlikely to be any way to find out what (if anything) was done.

if the cloud login was through your web browser, maybe see if any cookies were left behind. They could have logged in as you, if you have set to remember logins in your web browser. in that case, then you have no way to know who used it.
