directories are missing:
/usr/src/kernels/4.11.8-300.fc26.x86_64/
/usr/lib/modules/4.11.8-300.fc26.x86_64/build/Is the correc[FALLITO]devel package installed?
modprobe: FATAL: Module wl not found in directory /lib/modules/4.11.8-300.fc26.x86_64

Did you mean this guide: https://medium.com/@darioems/install-...

kernel 4.11.8-300.fc26.x86_64 is very out-of-date. If you can hook a lan cable up and use sudo dnf upgrade it would help.

Then configure the rpmfusion repo files into your system, see https://rpmfusion.org/Configuration/

Then run sudo dnf install broadcom-wl and the dependencies will pull in akmod-wl automatically:

Please note I aborted deliberately because I do not need broadcom drivers but this shows the dependencies will install:

$ sudo dnf install broadcom-wl

Dependencies resolved.
