Hello,

I am installing Fedora 26, on Oracle Virtual Box for my college class. I am just getting a black screen instead of getting the install screen. I have been able to install on my asus lap top but this one is not working.

intel q660 8 gb ram 2 gb amd video card 64 bit Win 10 education Yes virtualization in the bios is enabled. Latest bios has been installed.

If you want help, can you please add a bit more details? Is there any error message? Where does the installer fail?

Looks like adding more base memory helped. instead of 1024 I did 2048 and it was slow but it installed.

Yeah, 2BG is the minimum for Fedora 26 with Gnome - 4GB are already much better. An SSD greatly helps to improve performance.
