According to vim.wikia if vim 's features don't provide clipboard we can install vim-gtk or vim-gnome packages in Debian-based distros but we have not any packages that called same. In that wiki page said:

If you are running Redhat/CentOS, you can install the vim-X11 package (if you have gvim then this is already installed). This provides the vimx command, which is a console version of Vim with X11-clipboard support.

I installed vim-X11(gvim) package but it's still doesn't support clipboard feature.

Now, how can I provide clipboard feature for my vim?

When I run gvim, it works for me. "+p pastes the system clipboard contents.

Update since I misunderstood the original question:

You actually provided the answer in your question. The vim-X11 package provides the vimx executable which has clipboard support. However, one thing to remember is that in order to access the clipboard it has to be able to contact the X server. So make sure that the DISPLAY variable is set correctly and that the process has permission to talk to the X server.

Yes it can in Vim too. But I want to enable this feature as default in my vim (and it can enable with setting cilpboard=unnamedplus) but it actually doesn't support in my vim. Just see: https://paste.fedoraproject.org/paste...
