How can I whitelist some applications in firewalld before launching it ?

I want to allow ssh connections on a VPS using fedora before starting the firewall, therefore I cannot use the firewall-cmd commande to input firewall-cmd --add-service=ssh.

Perhaps firewall-offline-cmd

You should add --permanent option to your command.

firewall-cmd --permanent --add-service=ssh
