Hi,

I have some problem with paths after system update. First problem was Cordova project not building anymore: JAVA_HOME not set. Now I could not use NPM: it's not found. When i reinstall it it's available for first command but unavailable after that.

What could be root of this problems?

Do you have an idea of what JAVA_HOME was before the update? i.e. where it actually pointed to ?

You might just have to set in your .profilebash. However, would be good to know what happened to your original JAVAHOME directory. An update might have deleted (ouch) or moved it aside for the new install.

Hi, Maybe some change in ~/.bash_profile? You can add something like

JAVA_HOME=/usr/java/latest/
export JAVA_HOME

to your .bash_profile (assuming you use a standard configuration and so on..)

About npm, looks similar, check for $PATH (also on .bash_profile)

Cheers
