Not power off

I click poweroff and shell close, black screen and cursor blink or no cursor, but the power is always.

Fedora 27 kernel 4.14.8

When I have Fedora 25 all works good.

Can you post the output of sudo journalctl -r -b -1 -p3 so we can see what errors you are encountering during poweroff events? Review it for any sensitive information before posting, of course, but that will help to figure out why your system is not powering off as expected.

Looks like your octave-gui software is crashing pretty hard there. To test and see if that's the root of your problem, try ensuring the octave-gui process is terminated prior to shutting down your computer, then issue the shutdown command. If it shuts down smoothly under those conditions, we've found your problem.

octave is not problem. When I tested poweroff from Fedora Live USB, poweroff not work. I have windows on this computer and here is ok. Once there was also no problem on Fedora.
