How to reinstall fedora 27?

I installed fedora 27 in dual boot with windows 10 and other problems occurred. Windows does not appear in grub and I think that's why I installed fedora in legacy mode. I want to reinstall the fedora on the same partition on which it is now installed, but when trying to do this, the fedora media workstation does not allow, claiming that the partition is already mounted. When I try to dismount the partition, the system does not allow it, saying it is busy. Does anyone know how I can do this?

A list of your partitions and which one is not available would be helpful.

My best guess is that the live image you're running is using the swap partition from the installed system as that is usually what it does. In a terminal as root, run swapon -s to see which partitions are being used, then use swapoff /dev/whatever to stop using it. From there you should be able to continue.

Just an aside and not what you asked for, but... I use to multiboot, but dropped the practice as soon as I discovered virtual machines (VMs). With VMs I do not have to go out of one OS and into another. Linux is the perfect platform for running VMs.
