Setup of home IPv4 / native IPv6 home gateway Internet router firewall

For something that should be common, maybe I'm the only one doing this. I have been using Fedora as my home router for a long time and want to set it up to use the native IPv6 services that Cox provides. I made some headway, but never got it to really work. I'm getting ready to do a new fresh install (I'm back on Fedora 25 and just want to start with a clean slate).

I've done my research on RADVD, DHCPv6 and IPv6 prefix delegation. My preference is to use the ISC DHCP client. The best answer I have found has origins several years old ( ) and seems like there should have been more recent or mainstream activity on this topic. I have done my best to find the FAQs and have scoured the Internet, so mea culpa if this is a simple RTFM issue.
