Realtek RTL9723BE 802.11 bgn Adaptor feeds by HP laptop. Debian stops during installation for un-free driver, but Fedora didn't stop, so I need to install the driver. How-to?

I installed Fedora-28-beta and the wifi driver worked from the start. (with the un-freeware usb plugged in.)
