What should I do to fix this on Webmin(web-based system configuration tool for Linux)?

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem

You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

Since you comment that it is Fedora, then you need to remove Epel repositories, Epel stands for Extra Packages for Enterprise Linux, which is Centos and Scientific Linux.

Please list your repositories

sudo dnf repolist

Then

dnf config-manager --set-disabled repository

After that you should be able to work normally but be sure to remove any epel rpm package installed.

It was more a pointer to something everybody should read before installing the RPEL repository.

Guys actually I am a junior for this work. Can you tell me step by step what should I do? I can't take risk at all while running any commands.

Answers here assumes you are running a Fedora system. There are already identical question posted on StackExchange Superuser and Unix&Linux.
