Virtualbox kernel not installed

when I try to start fedora28 it says Kernel driver not installed (rc=-1908), I just downloaded the program from Oracle and it says to run /sbin/vboxconfig as root, and when I try to do it in the terminal it just repeats itself....any help appriciated

Did you consider using "Gnome Boxes" which may already be installed on your system?

Or perhaps the VirtualBox package from rpmfusion-free.

Virtual box Kernel module is not part of Fedora you must download and install from Oracle. Please keep in mind that Virtualbox is free of charge but not Free software, therefore is not include on Fedora you can use virtmanager and kvm hypervisor.
