I updated packages on my machine running Fedora 28 today. Since the update, I don't have any Bluetooth anymore. When I open the settings, a message is shown

No Bluetooth Found - Plug in a dongle to use Bluetooth

I didn't do anything besides upgrading, so I think it has to do sth. with that

Output of dmesg | grep -i blue: https://paste.fedoraproject.org/paste...
Output of lsusb: https://paste.fedoraproject.org/paste...
Output of dmesg: https://paste.fedoraproject.org/paste...

What I tried:

Used an older kernel: 4.16.12-300.fc28.x86_64 instead of 4.16.13-300.fc28.x86_64
Downgraded packages bluez-cups, bluez-libs, bluez-obexd, bluez to the one prior the upgrade yesterday.
