I updated packages on my machine running Fedora 28 today. Since the update, I don't have any Bluetooth anymore. When I open the settings, a message is shown

No Bluetooth Found - Plug in a dongle to use Bluetooth

I didn't do anything besides upgrading, so I think it has to do sth. with that

Output of dmesg | grep -i blue:
Output of lsusb:
Output of dmesg:

What I tried:

Used an older kernel: 4.16.12-300.fc28.x86_64 instead of 4.16.13-300.fc28.x86_64
Downgraded packages bluez-cups, bluez-libs, bluez-obexd, bluez to the one prior the upgrade yesterday.

check lsusb, than check service related to bluetooth systemctl status bluetooth

and if all you found ok from here than check whether bluetooth somehow got soft blocked . if blocked than unblock all ..

rfkill list

and if soft blocked than rfkill unblock bluetooth
