Strange behavior on gvfs/smb share

Hi, I'm new to fedora. Coming from Ubuntu. I'm using some scripts for push/pull of application profiles to/from my Synology NAS. The scripts writes simple log files and there is a strange behaviour which I cannot solve (googled as well).

Very simple to demonstrate: I'm connected to a SMB share using GNOME3 built in gvfs. There it isn't possible to write log files. Simple operations who don't work as expected.

[chr@fedorasurf test]$ pwd
/run/user/1101/gvfs/smb-share:server=nas,share=home/test
[chr@fedorasurf test]$ echo test > file1
bash: file1: Invalid argument
[chr@fedorasurf test]$ ll
total 0
-rwx------. 1 chr chr 0 28. Jun 08:52 file1
[chr@fedorasurf test]$ echo test > file1
[chr@fedorasurf test]$ ll
total 1
-rwx------. 1 chr chr 5 28. Jun 08:52 file1
[chr@fedorasurf test]$ echo testappend >> file1
bash: file1: Input/output error
[chr@fedorasurf test]$ ll
total 1
-rwx------. 1 chr chr 5 28. Jun 08:52 file1
[chr@fedorasurf test]$ echo testappend >> file1
bash: file1: Input/output error
[chr@fedorasurf test]$ cp file1 file2
cp: cannot create regular file 'file2': Invalid argument
[chr@fedorasurf test]$ ll
total 1
-rwx------. 1 chr chr 5 28. Jun 08:52 file1
-rwx------. 1 chr chr 0 28. Jun 08:53 file2
[chr@fedorasurf test]$ cat file1 > file2
cat: standard output: Invalid argument
[chr@fedorasurf test]$ cat file1 > file2
cat: standard output: Invalid argument
[chr@fedorasurf test]$ cat file1 >> file2
bash: file2: Input/output error
[chr@fedorasurf test]$ id
uid=1101(chr) gid=1101(chr) groups=1101(chr),10(wheel),1301(vmshared),1302(veracrypt) context=unconfined_u:unconfined_r:unconfined_t:s0-s0:c0.c1023

Using mount.cifs to the same share, all works fine!

[chr@fedorasurf ~]$ sudo mount -t cifs -o username=***,password=***,uid=chr,gid=chr //192.168.137.5/home ~/testmount/

[chr@fedorasurf testmount]$ cd test
[chr@fedorasurf test]$ ll
total 4
-rwxr-xr-x. 1 chr chr 5 28. Jun 08:52 file1
-rwxr-xr-x. 1 chr chr 0 28. Jun 08:54 file2
[chr@fedorasurf test]$ echo test2 > file3
[chr@fedorasurf test]$ ll
total 8
-rwxr-xr-x. 1 chr chr 5 28. Jun 08:52 file1
-rwxr-xr-x. 1 chr chr 0 28. Jun 08:54 file2
-rwxr-xr-x. 1 chr chr 6 28. Jun 09:05 file3
[chr@fedorasurf test]$ echo test2append >> file3
[chr@fedorasurf test]$ ll
total 8
-rwxr-xr-x. 1 chr chr 5 28. Jun 08:52 file1
-rwxr-xr-x. 1 chr chr 0 28. Jun 08:54 file2
-rwxr-xr-x. 1 chr chr 18 28. Jun 09:06 file3
[chr@fedorasurf test]$ cat file3
test2
test2append

Fedora28 Desktop Samba@Synology=4.4.16 (DSM 6.2-23739)

Who can help please?

Thanks

Christian

The problem is solved but I've no clue what the cause of this behavior was... The only changes were the regularry updates.
