can't use any browser in fedora 29

Hi, I installed Fedora first time but I can't use any browser (tried firefox, chrome, ice..). My english is not so good, thatswhy I don't know how to describe. In an text editor I can type normal. I can write my URL. I I try to type in browser it type some key many times, so If I type google.com it types randemly gggggggoggeeeeelllll.com or so what. If I type in editor google.com and copy that, insertes in browser this: google.comgoogle.comgoogle.comgoogle.... and so I can't user any browser in fedora.

My guess is that there is some dirt in your keyboard, some dust keeping a key pressed (Ins key? v key?). Please verify none of the keys get stuck for the presence of dirt or dust.

I agree sounds more a keyboard repeat problem than a browser problem, I dont know about the copy paste. What is your native language?

thanks for answering. But where the dirt or dust or keyboard know if I typing in a browser or not? I have this problem not with centos, not with other software tah browser in fedora. Imho no hardwarprob...

I recognized that in other programms like "Software" or "Terminal" I have also multiple letter if I press one key and the hole system is slow al hell. I have to end the firefox bevor I can restart in my CentOS for using brwoser.

Quite strange, at first glance, it looks like a keyboard issue. Try to clean the keyboard or try to use another keyboard if you have any extra.

Or try to use the virtual keyboard to check this is not the web browser application issue.

update the system using

sudo dnf update

remove the firefox or any other brower and reinstall it

sudo dnf remove firefox

sudo dnf install firefox

sudo dnf update ==> nothing to do sudo dnf remove firefox, sudo dnf install firefox ==> same behaviour OSK, seams to be good, but slow but then...if I tried r I became rrrrrrrrrr
