It is a bit hard to read. If you indent each line of the output with 4 spaces (Markdown markup for code snippets) it will make it easier to read.

The main thing that looks suspicious is the "No such file or directory" comment. Based on,665874,665874#msg-665874 it sounds like your data directory may not be accessible by mysql. That post also suggests how to look at the logs to see what is going on. They mention SELinux as well, though, turning it off SELinux may be unnecessary (see
