This morning I ran dnf upgrade on my laptop (Lenovo Yoga 920), which included a number of NetworkManager updates (Using KDE). Since then, WiFi connects fine, but internet is coming and going. Maybe I go offline for 30-40 seconds before it comes back to normal.

It doesn't turn off completely. Some services such as Spotify or Slack continue working fine (I send and receive messages normally), but browsing and some other programs (such as Skype) go completely offline. Some other times Skype works but slack gets disconnected, etc.

Yes, checked other devices. WiFi is fine.

Yes, the same thing has been happening to me on fully updated Fedora 29.

Yes, I had problems with my WiFi connection as well after running 'dnf upgrade' earlier today. What fixed it for me was to downgrade NetworkManager: dnf downgrade NetworkManager

I recently upgraded from a liverun disk of fedora-linux 26 to 29 , and yes, my wifi status is sketchy as well. There is no indication that my wifi is down, but all communications stall out. Being an absolute novice, I have no idea as to determine what the issue is. Switching wifi off and back on seems to work to this point.
