No authentication for single user mode vulnerability is not getting closed in fedora

Actually the solution is to add entry in /etc/inittab and /etc/sysconfig/init but even after adding sulogin entries the vulnerabilities persists, can someone help?????

Are you referring to this: How to Boot into Single User Mode in CentOS/RHEL 7?

I personally just password protect grub (grub2-setpassword), but you can file a bug on Bugzilla to get it fixed. This is just a forum.
