Trying to install updates, computer crashed in the middle. Now "yum update" gives conflicting file errors, and says "trying running yum-complete-transaction".

At first "yum-complete-transaction" gave an error, but then I installed yum-utils, so I thought it should work. But no. Still: "bash: yum-complete-transaction: command not found"

Screenshot with error, and indicating that "yum-complete-transaction" exists, I just don't know how to get at it. Edit - couldn't post a link and I don't know how to use your markdown basics, sorry. :(

Thanks in advance for the suggestions!!

UPDATE - just needed to cd to the directory with the program. Linux noob over here. But I fixed the problem.

Can you define "computer crashed in the middle" please? Also, try: sudo /usr/sbin/yum-complete-transaction

Yeah, I was running it with an ssh and I lost internet halfway through. This was actually the answer - easiest fix ever - I just needed to cd to the directory that contained the folder

I figured out the answer.

I just needed to cd to the directory to run the program.

So cd/usr/bin

./yum-transaction-update
