How can I enable text-mode boot?

I installed Fedora 19, and I want it to boot into text mode like Debian and Slackware.

Before systemd this was achieved by setting the runlevel to 3, however today, we have to set the systemd target. Have a look at this part of the manual: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Systemd#How_do_I_change_the_runlevel.3F
