I am currently wanting to use my linux box as my server for all of my files. I want to be able to access these files on my network from my other devices... (windows 8.1 laptop, and video files from my PS4)

I have everything set up as DHCP, however in the network tab on my laptop, I cannot find the linux box.

Any suggestions on how to acomplish this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance, Curtis

you just need to setup a SMB share, take a look at this doc : http://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/Fedora/12/html/Deployment_Guide/s1-samba-configuring.html
