I installed Owncloud server packages from Fedora repositories, I started httpd service, but when I access to

http://localhost/owncloud

I obtain:

Please ask your server administrator to install the module.

You may be missing the php zip module, if you install the module via;

yum install php-pecl-zip

Then restart Apache (httpd), the module should be accessible via owncloud.
