netbook wifi not working

(below is lspci info)

am switching back to fedora from porteus. (latitude 2100 netbook) this is wifi tech specs on latitude 2100 netbook

Dell Wireless 1397 (802.11g) Dell Wireless 1510 (802.11a/g/n 2x2) Intel WiFi Link 5100 [802.11a/g/n (1x2)]

can someone please give me a hint on getting wifi working in fedora, it works in porteus linux.

read through this ( https://ask.fedoraproject.org/en/question/49590/wireless-driver-is-not-loaded-f20-wlp12s0/ ) tried this, no luck yum install kmod-wl-PAE.i686 tried this, did seem to run, no luck though... journalctl -u NetworkManager

not sure what else to try.

Install the RPM Fusion repos, free and non-free http://rpmfusion.org/Configuration/ In terminal type "yum install broadcom-wl kmod-wl" (without quotes)

On my old Dell I remember using this driver with success. Fedora doesn't have it in their repo for philosophical reason but rpmfusion is good.

rpm fusion has tons of good stuff, they just need more publicity, it'll indirectly work well for fedora too
