I recently installed Fedora 21 Alpha on my T540P and after going into either suspend or hybernate mode it won't wake up. This specific laptop's hardware is a Haswell i7, integrated Intel graphics, and 7260AC wifi.

Do you maybe have the TPM chip enabled in the BIOS? Either disable it (if you don't need it), or install the kernel-modules-extra package and reboot. See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1164937
