The Fedora project has many mailing lists - for each team, each sig, general discussion. First, you need to locate what mailing list you want to subscribe to. A good list is given on the wiki page here. This isn't the complete list, though, which can be seen at the mailman instance here . Also note that projects hosted on fedorahosted.org have their own mailing lists which will not be listed at this mailman instance.

Once you've found the mailing list you want to subscribe to, you head to it's specific page. For example, for the Fedora Users mailing list, you go to: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/users On this page, all you need to do is enter your e-mail address, select a password if you can (some mailing lists assign you a password automatically), and click "Submit". You will receive a confirmation e-mail at the address you provided. Click the link in it to activate your subscription.

Before you post to any community mailing list, please go through the mailing list etiquette that is detailed here. Following these guidelines enables us to make use of the lists in an efficient manner. It also ensures that the tone of all conversation on the lists is informal and friendly. As always, refer to the code of conduct before you communicate within the community (or even outside, in general.)
