At my university there are two wireless access points: One with 2.4Ghz and another with 5Ghz. (with different SSIDs)

Is there a way to priorities the configured networks so that it always tries to connect to the 5Ghz at first and as a fallback to the 2.4Ghz? I know that I could remove the configuration for the 2.4Ghz version but due to range limitation the 5Ghz variant is not everywhere available whereas the other one is always connectable, so I need them both configured.

I use Fedora 20 with Cinnamon.
