So, the new Fedora Rawhide (final) is officially released now, but how do I switch to the Fedora 21 from my Fedora 20 WITHOUT loose all my information(Music, video, pictures files and software)? Can you say it step by step (or any link)?

Rawhide is something different from Fedora 21. You almost certainly do not want rawhide.

Simply upgrade your Fedora using fedup: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FedUp#How_Can_I_Upgrade_My_System_with_FedUp.3F
