When attempting to install Pipelight I receive the following error:

Error: Package: pipelight-0.2.8-2.fc21.x86_64 (rpmfusion-nonfree-updates) Requires: pipelight-selinux Error: Package: pipelight-common-0.2.8-2.fc21.noarch (rpmfusion-nonfree-updates) Requires: pipelight-selinux

I've been trying to find a way to install pipelight-selinux separately but so far no luck.

Thank you

It seems that pipelight-selinux was dropped from Fedora 21, while it was (is?) in Fedora 20. Rpmfusion apparently did not follow this change, therefore the missing dependency.

The package is still available on the Fedora build sever; Link: pipelight-selinux-0.2.1-2.fc21.noarch.rpm on koji

When I download the RPM and try to install it locally with:

sudo dnf install ./pipelight-selinux-0.2.1-2.fc21.noarch.rpm

it offers to install pipelight and pipelight-common (from rpmfusion) as a dependency. I did not go through with the installation because I have no need for pipelight currently, but I suspect this would work.

Installing an unmaintained package is obiously not so great an idea, pipelight-selinux should probably go in rpmfusion too. I would suggest that you file a bug for that in the rpmfusion bugzilla. Instructions for how to do that are no the rpmfusion page.

Software Install won't install that .rpm, keeps giving me an error? Is there any other way to install it?

Oh, it seems I provided the wrong link. This is the correct one: http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=545078 You need to download the noarch rpm. Also, the install command from my answer is for the command line only, and you need to be in the directory that you downloaded the file to. How did you try to install the RPM? It might be helpful if you posted the error message here. I did go ahead and installed pipelight with the above command, and the install did finish.
