I have windows 7 installed on my laptop and I want to install Fedora 21. I did a partition and then I started to install Fedora. I selected the language, the time and the network but when I went to installation detination I had a problem. I selected manual partitioning and I tried to add a new mount point. When I selected "/" and clicked "add mount point", the installer showed me this message, "unable to allocate requested partition scheme", and I don't know how to finish the installation.

Okay. The easiest way to install fedora is to use a separate hard drive. My friend used to buy laptop sized hard drives for his desktop because they were easy to swap out between form factors. Question. Is all of your primary partitions used up on the windows installation? A working computer has four of them.
