I paid attention, Fedora 21 Cloud edition ISO is about 200MB, while Fedora 21 Workstation ISO takes 1.4Gb. Where I can see the exact difference in the packages and does the Cloud edition contain GUI or it's a pure console edition?

Cloud Edition is to set up on cloud services like AWS or Rackspace or Openstack. Therefor there are no GUI and only have esencial package so once installed on a cloud machine you can configure using the terminal to provide the service you will be using. Example as web server.

Workstatio edition, contains most common packages used on a desktop or notebook pc, it has a GUI Gnome3, Libre Office, etc.

Good Luck.
