When I am using the default version of LibreOffice in Fedora 21 system is locked and i can't do anything with it. Even by pressing "<ctrl> + <alt> + <f2>" does not to the terminal. Where is the problem?

Looks strange, should not be related to Libreoffice itself (could be graphics driver/card). After a lock, reboot your system then run

journalctl -l -b -1 -k -n 20

and see if there are any error messages or similar in the logs.

After lock i reboot the system and system attempted to relabel the file system.but after relabel function has finished the system show me "CTRL+D or enter root password", after rebooting again the system attempt to relabel it again until i reboot and choosing another version of kernel to boot the system and this solution working for me to boot the system without relabeling.

While it is unlikely that it is related to your problem, your should enter root password after relabeling and then run fsck.
