How to fix lower sound volume than Windows?

I've had the same problem with Ubuntu as well. I tried alsamixer and everything is 100%. If I set the volume via the gui control to 150% I hear distortions, that is a big no. In Windows everything works fine.

My audio card is Realtek® ALC887-VD2 8-Channel High Definition Audio CODEC, and I got ASUS B85M-G motherboard.

Pulse Audio volume control , you got on last tab configuration ...

and you can go to 150% because alsa (drives) implements soft volumes , so you go 100% with hardware and more 50% with software . if with 150% you hear distortions, you have to complain on alsa project , or see what happen with alsa drive for your ship , I don't think that is a specific Fedora problem.
