How do I run asterisk pbx server on fedora 21? When I run this command: su -c 'service asterisk start'

I get output: Redirecting to /bin/systemctl start asterisk.service

What is the correct way to get asterisk server up and running? Is there any good guide?

First you should upgrade to Fedora 28 or 29, correct way should be systemctl start asterisk after that you could test your instalation with asterisk -vvvr to see if you can get into sterisk cli.
