How to install GIMP plugins ? on fedora 21

I specifically need GIMP Save for Web plugin. I couldn't find it in Fedora 21 or anyone knows a tool that save a photo for web ? , i.e. instead photo have 2 megas have just 200k and will be ready to post on web

why don't you package it in Fedora official repos ? any constraint ?

Have you tried the plugin from gimp webpage?

The plugin is also part of the Gimp Extensions which can be found here. Installer is win only but sources are available here: git clone (extension pack) or here (save for web plugin only).
